Mr. Rowland joined Carney Bates & Pulliam in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial extern for Chief Judge Phyllis Jones of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Sean graduated summa cum laude from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas where he was a member of the Law Review Editorial Board and the Student Bar Association as an Honor Investigator. Given his experience in law enforcement and honor investigations, Sean is committed to advocating for and helping those who have been harmed by wrongdoing to get the relief they are owed.
